Introduction
The University of Georgia’s campus in Costa Rica is located in the montane rain forest of Monteverde, Costa Rica. The campus is strategically positioned where the Monteverde Conservation Zone and the Bellbird Biological Corridor converge.
The management and conservation of this fragile area requires support and expertise from experts and students of a large variety of disciplines, ranging from natural resource managers and ecologists to economists and anthropologists.
UGACR is actively seeking for individuals and organizations interested in establishing research projects in the Monteverde area and the Bellbird Biological Corridor.
